Upgraded Miso Noodles

  • 1 clove Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Packets of noodles
  • 1 pinch Chili flakes
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 Eggs (Soft boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon White miso paste
  1. Sauté Garlic

    Add a tiny bit of oil to the pan and sauté your minced garlic for about a minute, until fragrant. 

  2. Add chili flakes, soy sauce and chicken broth

    Add your chili flakes and soy sauce to the pan, quickly followed by the water. 

  3. Bring to a boil and add the noodles

    Bring the broth to a boil and add the noodles, cook for about 3 minutes. 

  4. Turn off the heat and add miso paste

    Turn of the heat and in a seperate cup, mix the miso paste with a few tablespoons of broth. Then add this to the broth. 

  5. Assemble Noodles

    Divide the noodles and the broth over the bowls. Add your desired toppings. In this case your broccoli and a soft boiled egg. You can change the toppings to your desire.
